2) ourgng.com acts only as a facilitator to facilitate transactions between user and vendors through ourgng.com. We are not responsible for any loses, expenses, quality of products or services, damages and / or taxes incurred by users in the use of facility.
3) ourgng will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on ourgng.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, or under any other cause of action.
4) All of products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of this site.
5) The products prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of ourgng.com.
6) The cancellations request of orders once placed on ourgng.com shall not be entertained.
7) We have reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This will be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
8) If any occurs a non-delivery or late delivery due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by ourgng.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
9) The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Our GNG Fashion.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true partly or wholly, Our GNG Fashion.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of ourgng.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatever.
10) Ourgng.com will not be liable for any type or any kind of credit card fraud. The liability of use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The user must use his/her own card exclusively on the site.
11) ourgng3981@gmail.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers / shops etc.), acts of God ,flood, fire, wars or any cause that is beyond the control of us.
12) The User shall certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
13) Ourgng.com shall not entertain any complaints after 14 days, once the order is delivered.
14) If any user has any question, confusion or doubts in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he or she should seek clarifications from us through email: ourgng3981@gmail.com and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
15) If any late delivery or non- delivery occurs in any case then ourgng.com is not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of a customer.
16) Sandals, Jewellery, and other Accessories wear by models in photographs are for display purposes only.
17) All bollywood products images are just for reference only, actual product colour, fabrics and designs may vary from original picture.
RETURN POLICY
The quality of products that are priced, an honest value and packed by the best customer service possible. Customers will remain our focus in the future. We will take care of each customer, one at a time, each time we hear from him or her. After all everything is about… Emotions and Expressions…
We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things from made in Bangladesh & some other countries of the world! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
Return & Refund Terms and Conditions:
Please note that we are not accepting any returns for clothing, like mens wear , women dress, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for unstitched products.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
We will issue 70% refund of unstitched product price. (30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.)
We will not refund the custom duties, , taxes, if applicable.
In case of orders with free posting, posting cost would be deducted from the refund Our gng fashion.com will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for posting to send the parcel back.
Customers have to bare the posting cost, shipping cost, while returning the products in any case. Ourgng.com will not bare any kind return posting cost.
However refunds would not be accepted for used clothes custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issue refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 5 to 6 working days. We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment
Anyway we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we want to say, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.
Now the return requests regarding any strains or any damage any faults need to be filed within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery. However in these cases you will also need to send a digital copy of the invoice of the product an image of the product.
You cannot cancel the placed order after 24hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 20% bank payment processing charges from your total order amount. We do not provide any cancellation if order is in processing and products are received. We don’t provide any refunds for the same. Cancellation amount will be credited as ourgng.com Store Credit or Coupons.

Colour and Description Discrepancy
We have as apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate closest, values, to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colours there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the colour settings and properties of various monitors. Another details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well for all items.. All customers should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. ourgng.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual colour of the outfit that we received.
Embellishment related Issues
As apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. However even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be avoided completely .On hence during physical transit, some of them may come loose, if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue now a days.
